All your forms will be listed in a dropdown menu. If you haven’t created one yet, simply click on 'Create a new form' to set one up.

Optionally, you can provide closing instructions for what the agent should say in their final message. This is useful for wrapping up the conversation or offering a coupon code, such as "Suggest 50-OFF as a coupon code."

Step 4: Redirect (Optional)

Finally, in the After Collecting section, you can specify a URL to redirect your users to once the data collection process is complete.
