AI Assistants

An AI Assistant is your virtual business representative. Think of it as your digital employee, handling customer inquiries and tasks around the clock.

Setting up an AI Assistant is a breeze. Simply go to the My Assistants tab in the Insight Goat AI dashboard.

You’ll see a Create button at the top of the page. Click it, and voilà! You’ve got your very own AI Assistant up and running.

AI Knowledge

Our AI Knowledge feature allows you to connect valuable data sources, like your website, FAQs, PDFs, and more, to your AI Assistant. This enables your assistant to provide accurate, helpful responses to customer questions. How cool is that? 😎

Chatbot Widget

Next up, creating a chatbot widget—the face of your AI Assistant on your website. The chatbot is what your customers will interact with, so it’s important to make it as engaging and personalized as possible.

To get started, go to the Chatbot Manager tab on the Insight Goat AI platform. From there, simply hit the Create button, assign your AI Assistant to the widget, and customize its appearance and behavior to suit your brand.
