Connecting an Agent

Let’s walk through how to connect an Agent to your chatbot, so it can start answering questions based on the knowledge it has.

ℹ️ Keep in mind, a chatbot without an Agent connection is like a teacher without lesson plans—it won’t have any knowledge to share!

Here are the steps to set up this essential connection:

Step 1:

Go to the Agent Sources page.

Step 2:

Once there, you’ll see a dropdown menu. Select the Agent you want to connect to your chatbot.

Step 3:

After making your selection, click Apply.
