How to Create a Greeting

To manage your greeting messages, simply navigate to the Greeting Editor page.

Once there, you’ll find an Add Message button. Click it whenever you want to add a new greeting to your chatbot’s lineup.

If a greeting no longer fits your style, no worries! Just click the trash icon next to the message, and it’ll be gone for good.

Each input field here represents a greeting, and you can customize it with bold text, links, emojis, and more. Feel free to style it exactly how you want! 😎

Even though your agent is super smart, it won’t use these greeting messages to influence how it responds to customer queries—these are purely for initial engagement.
