Hook your AI Form to your Agent

Step 1: Access the Collect Data Page

First, head over to the Collect Data page.

Next, look for the Your AI Form section. Below that, you’ll see a list of all available forms. Choose the form you want to use and don’t forget to save your settings!

Step 2: Go to the Widget Options Page

Now, let’s move on. Navigate to the Widget Options page. Here, you can select which chatbot you want to connect with the AI form.

And Voilà!

You’ve successfully connected your AI Form to your agent! Now, whenever a conversation starts with the chatbot, it will ask the questions from your form. Isn’t that fantastic?
