Integrating your Form with Google Sheets

Hey there! 👋 It’s Fatos, founder of Insight Goat AI, with some exciting news to share!

You’re already familiar with our awesome forms, but now you can integrate those forms with Google Sheets! 🎉 This means every time someone fills out a form via your AI chatbot, their responses will be sent directly to your Google Sheets. No more manual data entry—super efficient!

How to Set It Up:

Step 1: Add the Send Data to Sheet Field

Let’s say you’re asking for names in a form, and you want the responses to be automatically stored in a Google Sheet. Under your question (e.g., "What is your name?"), add a new field called Send Data to Sheet.

Step 2: Link Your Google Sheet

Once you've added this field, you’ll see an option on the right side to paste your Google Sheet URL.

But first, you need to allow access to your Google Sheets for data transfer. It's easy—just open your Google Sheet, click Share (top-right corner), and share access with this email: request@grant-permission.iam.gserviceaccount.com.

Once you’ve granted permission, click Save in Insight Goat AI, and voila! 🎉 All data from your chatbot forms will now be sent instantly to your Google Sheet.
