Step 1: Access AI Training Start by navigating to the AI training section. You can easily access it by clicking on the following link: AI Training.

Step 2: Find the Knowledge Base Button Once you’re in the AI training area, locate and click the "Add Knowledge Base" button.

Step 3: Input Your Knowledge Base Sitemap You’ll need to enter the sitemap of your Knowledge Base.

Please keep in mind that our dataset operates in real-time and requires a properly formatted sitemap for optimal functionality. If your sitemap isn’t formatted correctly, you may encounter an error message that will guide you on how to resolve it.

After you click "Create," just sit back and relax. Our system will handle the downloading and integration of your Knowledge Base into your agent’s memory, ensuring it is always updated with the latest information.
