How to set up Webhooks

Congratulations! You’ve successfully connected your WhatsApp account to Insight Goat AI. Now, let’s set up webhooks to enable Insight Goat AI to receive messages from your WhatsApp account.

Step 1: Copy the Webhook URL and Verify Token

Go to the WhatsApp setup page within Insight Goat AI and locate the Webhook URL and Verify Token. Copy these details.

Step 2: Access the Webhooks Section

Navigate to your Facebook Developer dashboard and click on the Webhooks section. From the dropdown menu, select WhatsApp Business Account, and then click Subscribe to this Object.

Step 3: Paste and Verify

A popup will appear where you can paste the Webhook URL and Verify Token. Fill in the fields and click Verify and Save.
