Embedding Your Agent To A Website

Embedding Insight Goat AI's chatbot into your website is super simple with our Instant Embed feature.
Here’s how you can do it:
1) Connecting Your Website
The Instant Embed feature connects your website to Insight Goat AI by adding a unique code to your website’s footer or source code. You only need to do this once!
Start by visiting the Instant Embed page, then click the Connect a Website button.
A pop-up will appear asking for your website URL:
Enter your website in the field, then click the blue Continue button.
The pop-up will update, providing you with your unique code:
Now, just insert this code into the footer of your website!
Once you’ve added the code, click I have added the code.
The pop-up will update again, letting you know it’s time to verify your website:
2) Verifying Your Website
After adding the code to your website’s footer, the next step is verification!
Open your website in incognito mode and refresh it a few times.
After doing this, the pop-up will confirm that your website has been successfully verified.
3) Displaying the Widget
With your website verified, refresh the Instant Embed page. You should now see your website listed on the right-hand side.
Find the dropdown labeled On this website, and select Show on all pages.
Click the Apply button at the bottom right.
Now, your Insight Goat AI chatbot widget will appear across all your website pages!
Troubleshooting
Having trouble verifying your website?
Try reconnecting your website with or without “www.”
Open your website in multiple browsers to check.
