Custom Plans

Hello! Erin here, Founder of Insight Goat AI, and I'm thrilled to guide you through the process of creating Custom Plans! 😊

To begin, navigate to our plans page using this quick link: Plans. If you need a little help finding it, this screenshot will point you in the right direction:

Agency Plans Now, let’s unleash your creativity! Click the Create Plan button to start customizing your offering.

Create Plan Once you click that button, a modal will pop up—this is your canvas for designing the perfect plan for your customers!

Create Plan Modal First, you’ll need to enter some basic information about your plan—think of it as its "identity"! This includes the plan name and a brief description.

General Plan Info After setting the basics, it’s time to discuss pricing! Here, you can choose between a monthly or yearly plan, specify potential upgrade options, and provide a payment link.

Pricing Plan Info Once you're done with pricing, the next step is to set the limits for your plan. This includes defining the number of agents and widgets included.

Plan Limits Finally, wrap things up in the "Other" tab.

And voilà! Your Plan ID will be automatically generated here—this acts as your plan's unique "fingerprint." You can use this ID with the API to activate or deactivate the plan for your customers!

Pro Tip: It’s generally best to create higher-priced plans first, making it easier to design subsequent plans.

After your plan is created, you’ll see it in the Clients table, ready to be assigned to your clients.

And there you have it—your very own custom plan! 🥳

A few important notes:

• All users can access the subscription page at: /workspace/subscriptions.

• If you’ve set an Upgrade URL in 'My Agency -> Plans -> Edit Plan -> Upgrade URL', all upgrade elements in the dashboard, including the subscription page, will direct to this URL. If no upgrade URL is provided, those elements will be hidden or unclickable, indicating that access is restricted.

• In the same edit modal, there’s a Cancel URL field for the cancel buttons on the subscription page.

• You can automate the entire upgrade and cancellation process using our API documentation at api.insightgoat.ai.
